Hotel rules

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time: From 14:30

Check out: Before 11:00.

Early check in/late check out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge. Please contact our Reception by phone or email prior to arrival if you anticipate arriving after 6.00pm to avoid cancellation of your reservation. (We have 24 Hour Reception).

Direct Bookings Only

To cancel for free, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged the full price of the booking. Please note, advance purchase (nonrefundable) bookings are not eligible for a refund.

If you give less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up, the full price of your stay will be charged to the card used for the reservation, and the booking will be cancelled. No refunds are available for advance purchase bookings.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

Group bookings are accepted at the discretion of the management. Please contact our Reception by telephone on +44 1273 688 825 or email to  info@amsterdamhotelbrighton.com to arrange a group booking.

Please Note: Our policy is to refuse Stag and Hen parties. If groups ignore this and book individually and are then found to be part of a hen/stag party we will cancel their booking (even on arrival). If we need to cancel a booking in these circumstances less than 48 hours before arrival date we will apply a 50% cancellation fee.

We operate a variable rate policy, please check for latest rates. Please see below for our current average room rates. Minimum stay and special rates apply over Bank Holiday Weekends, the Brighton Gay Pride Weekend, Christmas & New Year periods and Special Events & Conferences in Brighton & Hove.

The fine print

The hotel has no facilities for the storage of bicycles overnight.

If guests are due to arrive later than the advertised check-in times, they must contact the hotel in advance.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 8 per day.

The hotel is located on the corner of Marine Parade and Broad Street and the hotel entrance is situated in Broad Street (BN2 1TJ), close to the junction with Marine Parade.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards up to the value of the first night's stay.

The hotel is doing some refurbishment of the hotel bulding so they have some scaffoldings on the bulding form 24/10/2023 to 24/03/2024, rooms are not effected by this. Customer will see the scaffoldings through the window.
